Title: AGM- Telecom Delivery Lead - Gandhinagar

Candidate Expectation and Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum 13+ yrs of experience in Telecom Telecom Functional alignment on vision and strategy for B2B and B2C Segments. Digital customer experience strategy & Customer experience technology Must have good knowledge for digital, analytical, automation use cases for all the Telecom offerings. Head and mentor the Delivery team, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning. Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure team members meet or exceed targets. Forecast, recruit and hire employees for the account and manage buffer within the budgets - right number, level, skill, and location mix to deliver key metrics. Error free delivery to customers within constraints of budgets and schedules. Meeting revenue and AOP targets. Manage delivering of engagements for the Vertical to the satisfaction of customers and NPS/CSAT ratings Innovative solutions for Telecom Business Process Services Transformation of business operations & delivery of complex processes to reduce cost, drive efficiency and improve quality. Drive solutioning, development & deployment of the Transformation programs for specific accounts / verticals. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems during project delivery.✓ Provide strategic recommendations to the senior management based on market trends, customer needs, financial analysis, and competition to identify growth opportunities. Provide business insights, project planning and coordination as well as budget management support. Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budget management, and forecasting for the account. Help increase impact of the outlined strategies and run seamless day-to-day operations. Ensure employee satisfaction and manage employee retention, career growth, skill growth and motivation. Excellent Communication Skills & Project Management Skills Manage External stakeholders / operating teams and ensure enhanced customer satisfaction. ETOM Certification Experience in recommending and managing digital initiatives.
