Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research to identify potential partners aligned with company goals.
• Initiate and nurture relationships with key industry players for collaboration opportunities.
• Evaluate partnership potential based on strategic fit and mutual benefits.
• Setting up Introductory calls with potential partners, and deliver Demo Calls for them.
• Preparing and submitting proposals to these potential partners.
• Serve as the primary contact between the company and partners.
• Organize meetings to maintain strong relationships and address concerns.
• Manage and mentor sales interns, reviewing performance and workload.
• Generate leads from partnerships and help in closing sales deals.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years experience in partnership building and negotiation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate strategic fit and market impact.
• Proficiency in assisting with drafting partnership contracts meeting legal requirements.
• Ability to manage and mentor sales interns.
• Track record of lead generation and successful sales closures.
• Willingness to travel, relocate if necessary, and build strong teams through collaboration and transparency.
• Motivated by personal satisfaction, success, and achievements, contributing to the company's growth.
