Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ServiceNow Developing and Integration. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
Responsibilities: Develops the technical solutions, implements and performs the component integration tests Custom / Scope Application Development Extensive experience in ITSM and SerivceNow Scripting Experience on 3rd party integrations Proficiency with ServiceNow applications such as Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, PPM, Discovery, Knowledge, CMDB & Service Portal etc., Working knowledge on Integrating ServiceNow with other party tools (minimum 2 integrations) Should have experience related to Customer Service Management, Field Service management, Third Party Vendor Risk Management, IT GRC as well. Strong working knowledge with different scripts of Service Now like Client Scripts, Business Rule, Script Include, UI action, UI policy and UI pages. Strong understanding of Developing the Complex Catalog items, Workflows, Order Guides, Record producers, etc., Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field 4 - 7 years of experience as ServiceNow Development Role Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Java, REST, XML, HTML and CSS Strong problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies Knowledge of ITSM and ITILJob tags
