Job description

Job Overview and how valuable your role is: As the Director, Digital & e-com, you will play a key role in shaping and leading the digital vision for our clients. Combining your passion for digital with a deep understanding of media and platforms, you will be instrumental in driving impactful digital first campaigns and experiences for our clients and grow digital business pie for Havas Life Sorento.

Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: •Build and lead the digital team to plan, create and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy as part of the Client’s business objective from awareness to lead generation. •Liaising with other teams within agency (Strategy, creative etc.) and co-creating digital first strategy to achieve client’s business objective. •Well-versed with social media, search and content marketing strategy to ensure presence across top, mid and bottom of the funnel. Clearly define and measure KPIs across each stage of consumer journeys •Liaising with third parties like digital agencies and software vendors to optimise channels, lead gen, bidding, targeting and e-commerce strategies. •Manage outreach initiatives to generate and nurture leads, retain customers and maximize conversions. •Well versed and hand on experience in working with creative teams and crafting digital content including blogs, posts, videos, infographics and other interactive contents to engage audiences with UI/UX enablement •Define understandable objectives and targets for departmental team. Supervise, mentor and equip team with the necessary skills to carry out their duties. •Well-versed with capturing data and insights from tools like Adobe, SEMrush, Google and social analytics, email campaigns. •Monitor, establish process and supervise monthly client deliverables. Digital Campaign Development: •Oversee the end-to-end creative process for digital campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery across digital channels •Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality and engaging content. Digital Innovation: •Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies including generative AI. •Integrate innovative digital solutions into creative strategies to enhance user engagement. Client Collaboration: •Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives. •Present creative concepts and strategies, incorporating client feedback to achieve desired outcomes. Team Management: •Mentor and guide a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture. •Ensure the team's adherence to timelines and quality standards. Performance Analysis: •Analyse the performance of digital campaigns, utilizing data and insights to refine future strategies. •Implement A/B testing and other measures to optimize creative impact.

Qualifications: •Proven experience as a Digital head or Associate Digital Director in a digital agency with 12-15 years of experience •Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns and showcasing ROI from digital •In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, trends, and tools. •Healthcare, Consumer health experience preferred not must. •Excellent leadership and team management skills. •Effective communication and presentation abilities.
