Job Description: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for sales as well as channel partner management in defined territory. In this role, the Sales Manager will seek business from end customers and channel partners and support the channel partners in all pre sales activities. He will act as point of first reference for all sales related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Sales & Marketing to address any business needs. The RSM will create formal business cases and go-to-market strategy in line with the organization goals for all products. He will work as an internal facilitator to ensure that all sales & marketing policy and processes are negotiated, documented, and executed accurately.

The RSM reports to the Vice President - Sales. The location is based in Bengaluru/Delhi/Mumbai and preference will be given to candidates who are willing to extensively travel to meet the customers & channel partners in the defined territory. Candidates should be comfortable with pre-sales for business development. The candidate should possess a high level of critical thinking, integrity and problem resolution skills. We’re looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit who can drive sales and show high levels of initiative and self-motivation. The right candidate also needs to have strong inter-personal skills and an outgoing personality.

Education and/or Experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree ideally in computer science or engineering, (MBA preferred)

Location: Delhi, Lucknow, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore

• Minimum Fifteen (15) years of sales & marketing / business development experience

; • Experience in IT solutions sales in Government vertical will be preferred Knowledge and Skill Requirements: • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); • Numerical analysis skills: business cases, margin and cash flow analysis; • Project management skills; • Problem solving skills; • Ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency; • Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing

KRA: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned). 1. Responsible for the Sales, Presales & Training activities for the defined territory 2. Responsible for achieving the sales & revenue collection target for the territory 3. Generate & support partners in lead generation 4. Manage & Support Partners in requirement analysis, set up monthly/quarterly sales target from time to time and ensure the compliance of the same. 5. To follow up with the partners and internal sales staff for their monthly sales targets. 6. To assist the partners in all the sales & presales activities for business development 7. Responsible for Payment Collections from the partners 8. Weekly/Monthly MIS report to the reporting head 9. Responsible for finding prospective clients 10. Responsible for preparation of promotional material and explore strategies to promote the business and network expansion 11. Responsible for identifying new business / alliances. 12.
