Job description

. Relationship Management with partners ( TATA, IRCTC, Air India, BPCL, Fab India, Apollo, Landmark, Nature Basket).
. Cobrand Project Testing : Lead the testing along with UAT/PVT for cobrand card basis business requirements.
. Audit of the partner card and process :-
. Timely Audit of the accrual program setup on the system
. Verification of the below campaigns
o SBR Campaigns
o Welcome / Activation Offer Campaigns
o Renewal Offer Campaigns
. Manage End to End Critical Partner Reconciliation Process: Responsible to reconcile all partner files & Net settlement reports for TATA Partners (Croma, Westside, star bazaar .. etc.) between SBIC systems and partner in terms of Point - Reward Redemption , Reward Accrual , Refund and Purchase which has financial business impact
. Product Setup : Responsible for new changes incorporation & new setup in system related to new cobrand partner boarding, New product feature.
. Reconciliation Process - Responsible to reconcile day to day process and monthly redemption validation for all cobrand products. Highlighting discrepancy to all stakeholders/Product team if identified. Rectify the issue/gap with the help to IT team
. Reconcile loyalty co-branded partner files between SBIC systems and partner systems for Point - Reward Redemption, Reward Accrual, Reward point transfers, rejections, refund and purchase
. Oversee all critical processes and ensure seamless running of the same e.g. settlement processes, partner roll deposit system, etc.
. Ensure timely top-up of payments on co-branded partner account and conduct end-to-end recon on the top up amount and its usage and bi-weekly reporting to business
. Manage the setups of SBI card digital channels (both Website and Mobile Application) for online redemption activation for customers on all co-branded brands such FabIndia, Landmark, etc. ensure correct brand images, visibility of complete and correct features of the card and working of functionalities
. POS Management : Install POS of Co-Branded Partner Outlets with redemption functionality, install/de-install EDC machine, respond to merchant queries, maintain documentation such as Redemption Tracker of Co-Brand partner, upload MIDs of linked partners such as IRCTC, Air India
. Conduct quarterly Train the Trainer programs on partner products and features of all loyalty linked products & within SBIC
. Create sales source codes and new sourcing channels for Sales in collaboration with Operations and IT for cobrand card sourcing.
. Update website with POS list for Tata, BPCL, Apollo
. Complaint Management : Responsible for minimization of the Customer issues & handling the CCRP /N-CCRP within defined TAT and accuracy of all loyalty linked products like AI, IRCTC & TATA 95%
. Vendor Management with key process partner (PineLabs, AGS & Vouchagram)
