We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients and promoting products/services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and opportunities for improvement to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and determination to achieve sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
