Job Opportunity: Trademark Lawyer
Are you an experienced and dynamic Trademark Lawyer looking for a new opportunity Join our esteemed legal team and take on the responsibility of providing expert legal counsel and representation in all trademark-related matters, including registration, enforcement, and litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on trademark registration, protection, and enforcement.
- Conduct thorough trademark searches and provide strategic advice on availability and risks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate trademark-related agreements, including licensing and assignment agreements.
- Represent clients in trademark disputes, oppositions, cancellations, and litigation proceedings.
- Provide legal support for trademark portfolio management and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- LL.B / LL. M from a reputed law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing trademark law.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and legal drafting skills.
- Proven track record in managing trademark portfolios and handling contentious trademark matters.
