We are searching for a dynamic and resultsoriented individual to join our 811 Digital Banking Department as an Assistant Manager.
In this role you will play a crucial role in assisting the team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving growth through digital channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out and engage with customers through various digital channels.
- Identify and address customer needs and concerns providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Recommend and crosssell relevant digital banking products and services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for various products and initiatives.
- Stay informed about new offerings and market trends to effectively promote them.
- Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Share knowledge and best practices with other team members.
- Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Work experience of 1 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales into BFSI domain.
- Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
