Mission

At Aliens, we are a pioneering force in the tattoo space, known for our commitment to luxury, artistic innovation, and unparalleled customer experiences. As we embark on a journey to set new standards in our industry, we are seeking a Creative Director who can lead our creative vision and bring our ambitious goals to fruition.

The Creative Director will be instrumental in elevating our brand, enhancing our web presence, refining our visual identity, and ensuring that our customer experience is aligned across all touchpoints. This role requires a unique blend of artistic talent, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of luxury branding.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Conceptualisation

Lead the development and execution of innovative creative concepts, managing the process from ideation to implementation.

Guide the strategic development and adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand identity across all projects.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

Direct and oversee a diverse team of art directors, illustrators, copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality content.

Foster a collaborative environment for creative sessions, stimulating idea generation for brand programs, marketing campaigns, and digital engagements.

Content Creation and Copywriting

Supervise and enhance content creation, ensuring compelling and consistent messaging across social media, websites, and other marketing platforms.

Oversee the crafting of persuasive copy and narratives that align with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.

Team Development and Mentorship

Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and creativity within the team, mentoring members to achieve marketing goals and personal skill development.

Identify and nurture talent within the team, providing opportunities for professional growth and creative exploration.

Budget and Resource Management

Efficiently manage budgets, optimizing the use of capital resources to maximize creative output and campaign effectiveness.

Implement cost-effective strategies and solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables within budget constraints.

Market Trends and Consumer Insights

Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer behaviors to inform and evolve creative strategies and brand positioning.

Utilize market insights to anticipate shifts in consumer preferences and adjust creative approaches accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure a unified and strategic approach to brand representation.

Collaborate with external agencies and partners to align on vision and execute cohesive brand experiences.
