About Stockarea: Stockarea is a Managed logistics platform that provides Supply Chain solutions to SME & MNC Brands in India. Stockarea aggregates supply chain service providers like warehouse operators, Transporters, Freight Forwarders, Customs Agents, & Compliance service providers, and offers a single platform for Brands to Book/Manage these services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

▪ Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by coordinating sales related activities, preparing quotations, and assisting in proposal development. ▪ Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information on services, and ensuring timely responses to queries. ▪ Order Processing: Manage the processing of orders, including documentation, tracking shipments, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery. ▪ Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases, including contact information, sales activities, and customer interactions. ▪ Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and finance to coordinate and facilitate smooth service delivery. ▪ Sales Reporting: Generate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends to support decision-making and strategy development. ▪ Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. ▪ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads, competitive intelligence, and opportunities for business expansion. ▪ Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales documentation.

Requirements: ▪ Proven experience (1-5 years) in sales coordination or similar roles within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. ▪ Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field. ▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams ▪ Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. ▪ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ▪ Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ▪ Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, shipping regulations, and industry trends is preferred. ▪ Fluency in English; additional language skills would be an advantage.
