Infotel India is looking for a talented and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resource Specialist, you will play a key role in managing various HR activities and ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the HR department. Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee employee benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees.
• Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
• Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.
