Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Non-IT Recruiter at Fusion Life Sciences Technologies LLC in Hyderabad. The US Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and other related tasks. Qualifications 2+ years Experience with full-cycle recruiting and technical recruiting Ability to effectively source and screen candidates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with hiring managers and clients Knowledge of hiring laws and regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in any stream Working on Direct - US Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma & Medical Device client requirements on a day-to-day basis. Experience in recruiting expert-level consultants within the entire Pharmaceutical/ Medical devices space including Quality, Validation, Compliance and Regulatory and scientific. Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills Good sourcing capabilities with Social media, Blogs, and Forums. Excellent negotiation/relationship skills over calls with candidates Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites. Must understand Non-IT/Engineering/Aerospace Defense/ Automobile/ Pharma & Medical Device terminology.Job tags
