Job description
Role & Responsibilities:
• Preparation of books of accounts (posting invoices, expenses, bank transactions, bank reconciliations, A/R & A/P reconciliations)
• Coordination and management of payroll, VAT, and general administration duties.
• Handling VAT and other taxation-related transactions as per the standards
• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Managing client relationships to build a strong rapport that results in client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
Skill Required:
• Qualified accountant with at least 2-4 years of experience in delivering accounts (Preference: UK-based clients).
• Experience working with Xero/ QuickBooks/ Sage/ Tax scale/ Exact Accounting software.
• Experience preparing financial statements.
• Experience in Bookkeeping, taxation, year-end finalization, VAT return, and payroll.
• Strong communicator.
• ACCA, CA, CMA, CS Qualified (Preferred)
