Job DescriptionThis role reports into the Mass Enablement function for Risk, Identity & Data Solutions, playing an integral role in supporting Visa’s Value-added Services across the CEMEA region. The role acts as a Business partner to Solution owners and regional teams and works closely with diverse teams and stakeholders across the region to deliver impactful results.
Role Responsibilities:
Developing and executing mass enablement GTM initiatives for Visa’s Value-added services portfolio across the region to achieve commercial revenue goals
Develops operating models and service SLAs to execute at scale
Leveraging data analytics, market insights, and client feedback to identify opportunities and best practices
Partnering with stakeholders to align on mass initiatives objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
Monitoring and reporting on Program KPIs’, milestones, progress and success metrics
Developing and maintaining mass enablement assets, plans and resources
Define clear criteria, processes and alignment in each enablement initiative design
Execute Mass Enablement operations with a high level of efficiency and consistency
Review all programs delivered and assess where there are gaps if any in what is being delivered to the global markets. Interlock with global teams on solution offering and program development.

The Mass Enablement Lead role acts as a Business partner to Solution owners and regional teams and is highly cross functional working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders across the region to deliver impactful results.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Experience of 5 years+, with an M.B.A qualification
Preferably has experience in mass product activations working at a fintech/banking operations ecosystem (preferred)
Helped achieve commercial success by planning & executing end to end program implementations at scale working with stakeholders
Candidate has proven track record in driving business impact at scale in highly complex B2B environments through excellent program management and operational execution skills
Experience with Risk or Data led platform solutions in the fintech space is an advantage
Experience designing and running product enablement and /sales campaigns of scale
Good skills in interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, coordination, and planning with diverse cross-functional teams
Possesses an action-oriented, driven, and collaborative mindset
PMP Certification will be an added advantage
