Job description
Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Response Management (ORM) Executive to join our team. As an ORM Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive online reputation of our brands. You will be responsible for helping our team shape brand image and build brand love by monitoring and responding to all the social media queries, comments, feedback across various online platforms.
Responsibilities • Assist in maintaining a positive online reputation by effectively managing online interactions. • Regularly monitor online platforms, including social media, review sites, forums, and other relevant channels, to track mentions of our brand, products, and services. • Identify both positive and negative comments, reviews, and feedback related to the brand. • Collaboratively craft thoughtful, engaging, and appropriate responses to comments, DM’s etc • Work with the internal team to align responses with our brand voice and messaging guidelines. • Identify opportunities to turn negative experiences into positive ones through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Crisis Management: Identify and address any negative comments, reviews, or incidents that may impact our online reputation. Work collaboratively with the appropriate teams to handle crises effectively. • Track and analyze trends in online comments to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement. • Provide regular reports on key online reputation metrics. • Share valuable insights and feedback from online interactions with relevant teams. • Specialise in prevention and repair of the “Online Reputation Threats.” • Evaluate review and survey data for trends and anomalies. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. Exceptional multi-tasking skills Advanced excel and powerpoint skills Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
