Job description
Strong hands on experience in Azure data platforms including Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Data Warehouse (Synapse Analytics), Azure Data Lake Storage
Knowledge in Azure Data bricks and Cosmos DB is a plus
Key Responsibilities.
Monitor and create robust ETL processes specifically in the Azure DW using Azure data pipelines, Azure functions, SSIS, SQL, APIs, and industry best practices.
Have a good understanding of Data in general. Should have experience in data modeling domain based architecture.
Engage with business stakeholders for requirements understanding, scoping and conceptualizing solutions to automate business processes
Responsible for end to end implementation of solutions, including hands on development work
Collaborate with other IT team on system level integrations
SQL based database with experience in writing complex SQL queries with performance optimization
Working experience on stored procedures, DDL, DML
Experience with ETL Data Preparation - Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) Data with a firm understanding of how to shape datasets using a mixed environment.
Ability to analyze and understand data sources and design data models for capturing data and ETL
Experience working with BI Data Analytics team
Data provisioning from various data sources
Preferred Experience:
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
