Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing social media marketing campaigns, communicating with customers and followers on social media, developing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and writing social media posts and emails. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Content Strategy and Writing skills
- Proficiency in using various social media platforms
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Experience in content creation and management
- Experience working with social media management tools
- Familiarity with organic and natural personal and home care products
- Experience / interest in the sustainability industry is a plus
