Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relationship Management Manager. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The manager will lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customers receive timely and satisfactory responses to their inquiries and concerns. The manager will also be responsible for overseeing sales activities and market segmentation to identify potential customers and target markets.
