Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller at Wapflow's office in Chennai. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our services. The Tele Caller will also be responsible for answering incoming calls and providing assistance to customers regarding their orders and resolving their issues.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in English and one or more local languages
- Fresher are onboarding
