You'll be set up for success as a Program Manager-CRM Implementation at Miles if:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CRM Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project management, and a deep understanding of CRM systems. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and work closely with development teams to implement effective CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document CRM system requirements.

Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit necessary information.

Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business needs and strategic objectives.

Documentation and Analysis:

Create detailed and clear documentation of business processes, use cases, and functional requirements.

Conduct thorough analysis of current CRM systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

Provide recommendations for enhancements, modifications, or new CRM system implementations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure a holistic approach to CRM solutions.

Solution Design:

Collaborate with technical teams to design CRM solutions that meet business requirements.

Ensure that proposed solutions align with industry best practices and organizational standards.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop test cases and conduct testing to ensure the functionality and quality of CRM solutions.

Work with QA teams to resolve any issues or defects identified during testing.

Training and Support:

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM users.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience with a focus on CRM systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Leadsquared.

Project management experience is a plus.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) are advantageous
