Back office and IT Manager For Software and Hardware

Monthly take home CTC: Rs.40, 000 – Rs. 60,000 depending on candidate's experience
Education: Preferably: Graduate in IT or Diploma course in IT
Job Description
• Manage the core software of the company i.e. Investwell, Responsible for interacting with the software vendor for maintenance. Ideating and leading the changes to continuously adapt and upgrade the software to meet changing demands.
• Data harvesting and MIS reports from the above mentioned software.
• Managing and leading the Mobile Application of the above mentioned software.
• Leading the design and implementation of the new ERP/CRM that is being planned for the company
• Managing and getting work done from our IT Vendor for Hardware and Software support
• Supporting the Research Team and marketing team with data harvesting etc
• Responsible for introducing technology in the right place which helps the company to grow exponentially.
• Upgrading the Technology Understanding and IT skills of the entire organisation
• Leading and introducing next level work like leveraging data and introduction of AI for the company.
Desired Candidate Profile

• Good Analytical Ability
• Good Understanding of Handling of software and Hardware of computers
• Good understanding of mobile devices and other tech products.
• Proficiency in Excel
