Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for an IT Help Desk Analyst position. The analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and helpdesk support to end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer support and satisfaction for US based customers / clients
Qualifications
- Set up work stations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers)
- Install and maintain computer systems and networks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and/or Mac OS
- Experience with remote access tools and cloud-based applications
- Technical support and help desk support
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Prior experience support US customers / clients is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Must be open to work in Night shifts
