Support, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP BASIS-related issues SAP ECC/SCM/BI/,B4 HANA, and S4 HANA Applications.
Follow and maintain procedures and manage technologies and tasks based on 'best practice' standards for tasks such as system refreshes, backup and recovery, error detection, SAPGUI deployment, background job monitoring/scheduling, and Disaster Recovery Procedures.
Evaluate, install, and test Support packs and Kernel upgrades
Resolves application outages, implements corrective and preventative actions
Performance tuning/troubleshooting systems and application issues
Maintain system integrity and maximize uptime
System refresh and Client copy
Support Database team on Database Upgrades/Migration
Work with Apps operations teams and functional teams to ensure successful project implementations
Work with 3rd party vendors to implement technology initiatives and resolve problems/issues/bugs
Managed systems/ EWA/Alert configuration in Solution Manager
Coordinate/Manage on-call support
Qualifications
4 to 7 years of experience in SAP BASIS-related issues SAP ECC/SCM/BI/,B4 HANA, and S4 HANA Applications.
Excellent Communication skills
Worked on Evaluation, installing, and Kernel upgrades
