Job description

*Job Title:* Business Development Manager

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and understand evolving customer needs.

- Schedule and conduct business meetings with potential clients to showcase company products/services.

- Effectively promote the companys offerings, addressing and predicting clients objectives.

- Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring adherence to legal rules and guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related documentation.

- Provide reliable feedback and offer after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

- Play a key role in developing entry-level staff into proficient and valuable sales professionals.

*Requirements and Skills:*

- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role.

- Demonstrated sales track record with notable achievements.

- Customer support experience is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

- Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- In-depth market knowledge.

- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

- Effective time management and planning skills.

*Experience:*

8 to 10 years in Business Development Management.
