AAK Khopoli About The Role AM-Production is responsible for monitoring the refining process operations, establishing goals, guidelines by achieving site specific goals, & Targeted output.
Job Description: - Coordinate with officer for daily production planning & roll out the process plan for execution.
- Ensure the process parameter as per the product requirement and maintained.
- Highlight the Maintenance activity, process troubleshooting to Manager.
- Monthly Conduct trainings on EHS, Food Safety & TBT.
- Follow the Company policy, safety norm & SOP
- Responsible for making workplace free from hazards and comply with Safety standards, rules and
regulations
- Focus on organization KRA & Cost saving Projects
- To ensure handling job scheduling to maintain optimum availability of men and material.
- Reporting the Monthly Plant MIS report to DGM Production.
- Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment break-downs and malfunctioning.
About You Minimum Qualification Required:
- B. Tech in Oil / With 5 Year experience in same field
- Graduate Engineer with 5 – 6 years of experience in edible oil refinery.
Type of knowledge, experience & skills required:
- Knowledge about Food Safety, Industrial safety.
- Process Knowledge about edible oil refinery.
- Basic Knowledge about the software, world & excel.
