Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Hiring Managers:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.

• Develop a deep understanding of the team dynamics, project requirements, and company culture.

Candidate Sourcing and Networking:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified IT professionals.

• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.

Screening and Evaluation:

• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Evaluate resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements.

Coordinate Interview Process:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

• Facilitate salary negotiations and coordinate the offer process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain Recruitment Documentation:

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, feedback, and status in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific requirements.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
