Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Vice President of Marketing at our Chennai office. As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

2. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media channels.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

4. Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for differentiation.

5. Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and agencies.

7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on results to senior leadership.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible marketing roles.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.

5. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and emerging trends.

7. Experience in B2B and/or technology-related industries is a plus.
