We're on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to spearhead the development and management of our Behavioral Health Collaborative Care Management (BH COCM) products. This role is pivotal in driving the creation and enhancement of digital solutions that support integrated care for individuals with behavioral health needs. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in product management and a passion for making a difference in healthcare, with an openness to learn about behavioral health and collaborative care.
Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the product vision and strategy for BH-COCM solutions. Engage with a diverse set of stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, and technology teams, to identify needs and opportunities for product innovation. Translate complex requirements into user-friendly digital solutions that enhance patient care and support healthcare providers. Manage the product life cycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with budget and strategic goals. Foster a data-driven approach, utilizing metrics to guide product decisions and measure success. Navigate product challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications Proven experience in product management, demonstrating a track record of successful product development and launch. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for working effectively across cross-functional teams. A passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. Prior experience in healthcare or technology is a plus, but not a requirement.
