Years of experience required : 1 to 4 Delivering technical content (across multiple products) at a variety of levels to different audience levels via classroom (public, onsite), virtual classroom, and recorded formats. Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for individuals or groups virtually. Deliver comprehensive training modules and resources for ServiceNow course. Ensure that training content aligns with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices. Provide hands-on exercises and practical examples to reinforce learning. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and engagement. Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to empower participants in their career transition. Requirements: A strong technical background and experience with enterprise software (PaaS a plus) and programming languages (JavaScript preferred). Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS or JavaScript) and experience with any programming/scripting language essential. Knowledge and hands on experience implementing ITSM/ITOM/ITAM solutions or similar preferred. Proven experience as a ServiceNow professional with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules. Previous experience as a ServiceNow Trainer or in a similar training role is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse group of participants. Empathetic and patient approach to mentor and guide the participants through the learning process. Experience developing a training curriculum. Face-to-face training experience +training through Zoom/Teams CSA Certification Mandatory ITIL Certification PreferredJob tags
