Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader Jobs at GFWS Technologies located in Bengaluru. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team's performance and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Sales Team Leader will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will be responsible for training and developing the sales team to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills to achieve their goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing sales teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities Ability to analyze data and identify trends and insights to inform sales strategies Experience with sales software and tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot Experience with B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry Fluency in English and Hindi, with additional languages being a plusJob tags
