Job Description
As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing data-driven Growth initiatives to drive customer acquisition for Arthrex - Biologic division working together with the Sales & Marketing team at Avana. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of various digital marketing expertise, understanding of growth in biologic and proven track record of excellence in orthopedic biologic sales.
Preferably candidates from -Chennai, Mumbai or Bangalore
Responsibilities
- Lead Growth initiatives across regions,
- Driving Sales Performance across all regions,
- Constantly work on existing and new channels, optimization of inventory and acquisition of growth in biologic.
- Work on integrated campaigns, starting with strategy and working on executing and measuring performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, sales team, marketing team and medical education team to execute marketing initiatives & Training needs,
- Own and execute new initiatives with complete ownership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant Growth in sales & marketing experience, has a solid track achieving targets.
- Preferred candidates – B.E, B. Pharma or MBA,
- Has a good Knowledge of Sales & Marketing of Pharmaceutical products or FMCG.
- 75% of Travel required.
- Is ready to hustle and go the extra mile to achieve results.
- Uses data to make decisions and improve strategies.
- Can communicate effectively and work well with others.
