Client Service Director/Associate/Senior/Account Director This could be you

– We are looking for strategists, thinkers, planners, growth hackers, innovators who are ready to wear different hats, to weave brand stories, innovate with technologies and transforms ideas towards achieving brand’s goals. Those who are ready to take up the following key responsibilities and are hungry enough to build more on these - •

Partners and collaborates with the client to forge a robust relationship. •

A phenomenal collaboration with creative and strategy teams at work to deliver milestones. •

Pulling out all stops to execute the campaigns from start to finish and tracking performance reports to display efficiency and success of each campaign. •

Being a stickler to details, adhering to timelines and maximising the output from the given budget and resources would be some of the key challenges. •

Understands the power of insight to translate to meaningful ideas.

Given the years of experience they need to be equipped with these -

6-8 years of client service experience with agencies or brands, with hands on experience on both Mainline and Online processes and tools. •

Keen knowledge on ongoing developments in SEO, paid search, display, retargeting, email marketing, social, conversion optimization, website design and other key, relevant channels that provide traffic and conversions for clients and to share this with internal teams too. •

Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. In depth understanding of how Google and other search engines work. •

Candidates who can encompass multi-channel thinking, has a passion for ideas and brands. Is good at being organised and getting others organised towards a common goal. •

Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to deliver clear concise ideas to internal and external stakeholders. Excellent negotiation skills.
