Job description

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our team. As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications using Pega's BPM (Business Process Management) platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design solution architectures, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Pega applications based on business requirements and design specifications using Pega's BPM platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical designs.
- Implement and configure Pega rules, processes, and user interfaces using Pega's development tools such as Pega Designer Studio and Pega Express.
- Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems and services using Pega integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, and JMS.
- Implement business logic and decision rules using Pega's decisioning capabilities such as Pega Decision Management and Pega Predictive Analytics.
- Configure and customize Pega workflows, case management, and user interfaces to optimize application performance and usability.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of Pega applications to ensure quality and reliability of software deliverables.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and address defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployment of Pega applications.
- Follow best practices and coding standards for Pega development, version control, and deployment processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
