Receptionist (Haus Luxuriant)

The Role As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. You'll be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, directing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of our showroom by handling administrative tasks and maintaining a professional office environment. Responsibilities Warmly greet visitors and clients, making a positive first impression for Haus Luxuriant. Answer phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member. Schedule appointments for our design consultants. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional ambience. Process and manage visitor paperwork. Prepare presentations and documents as needed. Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) preferred. Experience in the furniture industry a plus (not mandatory, but strong interest is preferred).
