Analyze data to understand lead behavior, identify sales trends, and optimize outreach strategies. Goal-Oriented:

Drive towards individual and team quota attainment through consistent effort and performance.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in the e-learning industry a plus. Strong understanding of the sales process and best practices. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with lead scoring tools and methodologies. Experience using sales automation platforms.

Job Description:

Recro is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a

background in e-learning

to join our growing team on a night shift schedule. You'll play a vital role in our sales process for

US clients , focusing on identification, qualification, and nurturing leads, ultimately driving revenue and growth. This

night shift position

requires you to be available between (specific time range) to accommodate US business hours. While the office location is

Work from Office (WFO) - Bangalore, India , you must be able to adhere to the

US time zone

for effective communication and client interaction.

Your e-learning background will be invaluable in:

Understanding the specific needs and challenges faced by e-learning institutions and professionals. Building rapport with potential clients who operate within the e-learning industry. Tailoring your sales conversations and presentations to resonate with the e-learning market. Contributing valuable insights to our overall sales strategy for the e-learning sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to identify and target ideal prospects within the (target industries), with a particular focus on e-learning companies and institutions. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through various channels (e.g., email, phone, social media), leveraging your e-learning knowledge to craft compelling messages. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, understand their e-learning needs, and present relevant solutions that address their specific challenges. Effectively qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure they're a good fit for our sales team, considering their e-learning context. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads effectively, track progress, and measure campaign performance within the e-learning vertical. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize outreach strategies, and improve conversion rates for e-learning leads. Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and support their closing efforts, leveraging your e-learning expertise. Contribute to the development and implementation of new prospecting and lead nurturing strategies specifically for the e-learning sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in sales or a related field. Strong understanding of the e-learning industry and its key players. Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build rapport and connect with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using data to inform decisions. Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Must be comfortable working a night shift schedule (specific time range) to accommodate US business hours. Must be able to work from a home office environment within Bangalore, India, with reliable internet connectivity and a quiet workspace.
