About Our Client One of the largest insurance companies based in Mumbai Job Description . Devise strategy & road-map for digital product and platforms . Guide cross functional teams of product, engineering & design teams to drive efforts to discover, execute, and facilitate the adoption of digital transformation endeavours . Collaborate with top-tier executives, compare and analyse customer journeys across the industry, and devise a road-map for enhancing the organisation's digital product capabilities . Identify and integrate right technologies and innovation avenues in the market with the internal requirements to achieve business objectives . Lead product engineering function by setting the right engineering culture, putting in best practices for development and delivery as well as . Eventually mentor and lead teams, hire the right quality talent and develop a rich engineering division . Work closely with vendors, be proactive in tech decisions and high on feedback as well as critical in solutioning The Successful Applicant . 12-18 years of experience , currently in a tech leadership role with a technology education background . Industry background of Insurance, Financial Services or B2C/ Consumer facing tech highly preferred . Strong technical expertise & being hands on in full stack development (nodejs, reactjs, etc.) DevSecOps, UI/UX technologies (react, angular), microservices, data engineering (ETL) and cloud technology (AWS & Google)- Experience in building digital assets and scaling them - both internal to the org and external facing (preferably) . Should be able to lead from the front and work with cross functional stakeholders to get products built & projects delivered . Strong in communication, technical expertise, leadership and vendor management . Critical of architectural designs, framework, development processes and ability to work with teams across levels to guide and get the best technologies adopted What's On Offer .
