Role Description

The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Bi Paints coatings solutions to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, giving product demonstrations and presentations to client groups, participating in marketing and promotional events and campaigns, achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively with internal team members. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the expectation that the candidate will be located in Surat, but with the flexibility to work from home on some days.

Qualifications

• Sales, marketing, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Must have experience of Paints Sales
• Technical knowledge of coatings, Paints, materials, finishes, and applications
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal team members
• Demonstrated effectiveness in meeting or exceeding sales targets
