- Manage purchase entries and ensure accurate documentation.

- Conduct tallying of inventory and financial records for reconciliation purposes.
- Oversee supply chain management activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and prices.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their purchasing requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulations.
