Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Performance Marketing for assigned business unit of Airtel
  • Create growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and retargeting for web and app across channels: Google, Meta & any upcoming channels
  • Work with agency/ partners/ internal teams to deliver this strategy
  • Do budget planning, metrics reporting and strategy changes basis performance
  • Drive account effectiveness through continuous exploration of new channels, communication testing (A/B), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats
  • Deliver on user growth target while maintaining efficiency on CACs and CPTs
  • Ensure attribution setup and tracking across campaigns
  • Scout and implement industry best practices working alongside internal product, marketing and analytics teams
  • Work with different teams to optimize journey, communication, creatives
  • Manage relationships with external partners including agencies, vendors, and publishers.

Desired Profile

  • Educational Qualification: MBA/Engineer with minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing role
  • Hands on experience on running campaigns across Google Search, Display, Facebook, Third Party App, App Campaign and Social Channels
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and App analytics Tool (e.g., Appsflyer/Branch)
  • Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics
  • Ability to work in performance focused environment and ability to manage multiple work-streams
  • Experience is managing agency teams to delivery on performance goals
  • Excellent team player with good written and verbal communication skills
