Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research on various markets, including region-specific analysis, competitor analysis, and regional market trends.
Gather data on customer preferences, purchasing behavior, and market demands to support product development and marketing strategies.
Utilize various research methods, surveys, and data analysis tools to generate meaningful insights.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing research findings for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry news, emerging technologies, and trends in sustainable agriculture.
Contribute to the improvement of existing research methodologies and help implement best practices.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing valuable ideas and perspectives.
Qualification
Bachelors in Engineering/ Agriculture and/or Masters degree in Management.
2 to 5 years of exposure to market research, sales, business development.
Exposure to water pumps, solar or agriculture industry will be added advantage.
Strong passion for sustainable technologies and a genuine interest in contributing to a greener future.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data effectively.
Willing to travel for field visits for 8-15 days per month based on assignment requirement.
Proficiency in MS suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Marathi, Hindi & English Languages.
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and data documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative to complete assigned tasks.
