Job description
Responsibilities
1. Process transitions with respect to CCY Cut off & Exceptions
2. Create daily reports based on criteria
3. Review Payment instructions, do escalations, raise SF tickets if required
4. Voice call process. Listen to customer, understand the query and respond
5. Help the team on resolving their queries and motivating
6. Deliver on day-to-day process targets in meeting Customer SLAs.
7. Interact with Managers on the daily responsibilities and providing the reports on time
8. First point of contact for the team for resolution on any process queries and flag key risks to business if any issues

Graduate or Post Graduate degree

Bangalore- WFO Model
. Shift timings
24/7: Most Preferably - coverage for US Hours 06:30 PM IST till 03:30 AM EST
. Weekends:
Saturday & Sunday business support
. Week Off:
Rotational Off
