We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our sales team in promoting and selling Cloud cutting-edge products and services. As a key player in our organization, you will have the opportunity to shape our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term customer relationships. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals focused on Cloud products and services.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with IBM's and AWS's business objectives.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their needs and aligning Cloud solutions accordingly.

- Manage the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.

- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to upper management.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.

- Collaborate closely with other departments within the organization to ensure a coordinated approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Experience of 3-4 Years

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry.

- In-depth knowledge of Cloud's products and services portfolio.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- MBA from Tier 1 and 2 business school.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience on cloud operations 2. Solid understanding of AWS and security practices including but not limited to EKS, OpenSearch, EC2, RDS, S3, GuardDuty, Advanced Shield 3. Experience in Terraform 4. Experience in Kubernetes 5. AWS Certification is must.
