Title: Export Import Documentation Executive
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Export Import Documentation Executive in the Customs House Agent (CHA) and Freight Forwarding (FF) industry. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, a graduate qualification, and in-depth knowledge of export-import documentation processes. This position is based in Gandhidham.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Documentation Processing: Handle end-to-end export-import documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Export Import Checklist: Prepare and maintain comprehensive checklists for export and import documentation requirements.
BL Draft: Generate and review Bill of Lading (BL) drafts, coordinating with relevant parties for necessary approvals.
Odex and VGM: Manage documentation related to Odex (Original Document Exchange) and VGM (Verified Gross Mass) processes.
Form 13: Process and submit Form 13 for customs clearance and other regulatory compliance.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all export-import documents, ensuring easy retrieval for audits.
Client Communication: Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather required documentation and provide updates.
Required Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in Commerce or related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in export-import documentation within the CHA/FF industry.
Skills: Proficient in export-import documentation processes, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Salary Range: 18,000 to 20,000 INR (Commensurate with experience and performance).
