The Opportunity:

We are searching for a passionate and driven Customer Success Specialist, to champion our customers' journey to success, seek growth opportunities and reduce churn.

Through building client relationships and trust you will evaluate product use, and issue recommendations to improve business operations and increase product adoption.

Relationships with Maropost customers will be built through regular check-ins, acting as an escalation point if required for issues that impact our customers' success, and responding to retention risks and opportunities.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Deliver best in class customer journey thorugh support and operational excellence. We are customer obsessed!
• Build and nurture long lasting customer relationships to ensure high customer retention, expand customer use and drive incremental value sales.
• Provide guidance and identify risks in your client's success.
• As a trusted advisor proactively engage with the customer whenever there's an identified concern, and build timely solutions.
• Maintain proactive and regular contact with the customers to ensure they are set up for success with Maropost.

What You'll Bring To Maropost:

• Positive can-do approach to your day. We love what we do and hope you will too.
• A bias for exellence in customer success combined with wit a growth mindset.
• 2+ years of work experience in a client/account relationships management environment or a customer success role.
• Previous upselling and cross selling experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and a passion for building relationships.
• Proactively call customers with an ability to quickly build rapport. – I recommend removing this as it is a task not a skill requirement
• A passion for continuous learning.
• Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to negotiate and empathise with customers in a professional yet friendly manner.
• High focus on customer retention through excellent customer service and problem-solving skillset.
• Ability to adapt and prioritise workload.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage your own workload and prioritise effectively.
• Exposure to B2B/SaaS industry and or experience in Retail Operations/eCommerce.
