Job description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team as an Executive/Senior Executive - HR. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions and processes, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an HR Executive/Senior Executive, you will play a key role in supporting various HR activities and initiatives to meet the organizations talent management objectives.
1) Recruitment, Training & development, Time office, Salary Process, PF / ESI registration and payment remittance.
2) Handling IATF audit, Statutory inspections.
3) Handling Canteen, House Keeping and Security
4) MIS report & Contract Management
Exposure areas preferable: General engineering
