Qualifications and experience needed: A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a MUST. There may also be the chance to enter the field with equivalent combination of technical training and related experience, such as starting out as an apprentice and working and learning on the job. Managing client interaction and promoting positive relationships Gathering information and providing daily reports Assisting in the evaluation of subcontractor and supplier bills Checking of Contractors and Consultants Running Accounts Bill Certification of Bills of Consultants & Contractors Issue of Work Order to Contractor & Consultants Tender Documentation Comparative analysis of vendors & bidders Prepare Estimate
