Job description
Lead With Vision And Strategy
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive Sales Development strategy aligned with company goals, defining lead generation targets and employing a data-driven approach to enhance the SDR program.
- Establish and cultivate a world-class SDR team by recruiting, onboarding, and coaching high-performing individuals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Champion best practices through the implementation of effective training programs, coaching methodologies, and performance management frameworks to unlock individual and team potential.
Fuel The Sales Pipeline
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns, identifying and qualifying leads across diverse industries and geographies, leveraging a deep understanding of Finmo s value proposition and market trends.
- Optimize the lead qualification process using effective questioning techniques and data analysis to ensure high-quality leads reach the sales team, thereby maximizing conversion rates.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and drive pipeline growth.
Drive Impact And Growth
- Analyze data and metrics, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales conversion and sales efficiency metrics to identify improvement opportunities and continuously refine the SDR program for maximum impact.
- Contribute data-driven insights and recommendations such as Go-To Market (GTM) Strategy and Ideal Customer Profile Segmentation to inform broader sales and business strategies, actively participating in strategic decision-making.
- Champion innovation by embracing new technologies and methodologies to enhance the SDR program, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving sales landscape.
The ideal candidate will:
- Must have experience in fintech or the B2B payments space in global markets especially in APAC region.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing high-performing Sales Development teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding lead generation and pipeline growth targets.
- Be a master of sales enablement, adept at designing and implementing effective sales plays and training programs.
- Excel in a data-driven environment, utilizing analytics to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Exhibit strong leadership and coaching skills, motivating and inspiring team members to achieve their full potential.
- Possess a strategic mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships across the organization.
- Embrace a Figure It Out attitude, being willing to do whatever is necessary to achieve results.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proficient in GSuite and sales tech tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, and more.
- Work from Bengaluru office in HSR layout.
