Job description
Responsible for all leasing, marketing and general management of managed office spaces, retail, commercial spaces. Role & Responsibilities Source and interact with prospective tenants. Negotiate for managed office as well as retail space lease terms and take negotiation to closure with prospective tenants Preparation of Letter of intent, manage Lease agreements review and renewals, commercial terms Work with IPCs, customers directly to enhance occupancy of commercial spaces. Assist tenants by analyzing space requirements identifying suitable space, recommending appropriate occupancy solutions Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of leasing Grade A retail and commercial spaces, malls. Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of commercial leasing and marketing Outstanding people skills and negotiation skills 7 years of progressive Retail leasing experience
