Job description

Education : A Bachelor Degree in Commerce

Work Experience- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts payable, handling vendor invoices / PO, Knowledge of Fixed assets accounting / P2P Process / Knowledge of Taxation -GST / Withholding tax, Accounting of vendor invoices with PO & Non PO using MM / FICO module in SAP, month end reporting

Other Skills- Good communication skills

SAP MM module

1. GR & IR Posting in SAP
2. Good knowledge of various types of PO
3. Invoice processing through MIRO & FB60
4. GR/IR Clearing & Reconciliation
5. Purchase order & service work order verification
6. Intercompany posting of Invoices

SAP FICO module

1. Good Knowledge of GST & Withholding Tax
2. Posting of vendor invoices & payments
3. Reconciliation & analysis of vendor accounts
4. Accounting of Non-PO invoices
5. Vendor advances follow up.
6. Invoice tracking & vendor analysis for payments
7. Preparing schedules for Audit
